End of Q1 wrap up, a real estate reflection, and a reintroduction.
This past quarter I had the honor of assisting seven different families to either sell, buy, or rent their homes. Some of my clients were selling childhood homes and closing one chapter, while others were buying homes to be closer to grandchildren, nicer weather, and starting new chapter in their lives. I have so much gratitude for each of my clients for entrusting me during these pivotal life moments. As always, a hearty thank you goes out to the community of real estate professionals who helped make each of these transactions possible. It truly does take a village!
The end of March also marks 7 years as a REALTOR, the same amount of time that I worked as a classroom teacher. These careers overlap in surprising ways: they both require exceptional communication, thorough research and preparation, a strong understanding of human behavior and psychology, a commitment to continuous education, and a dogged determination to do the best you can to help your client/student achieve their potential in life changing ways. I love bringing these skills to clients and transactions, helping homeownership dreams come true.
