But one of the biggest mistakes Arizona sellers make is treating automated estimates like exact market value.

Online estimates can’t:
- see upgrades
- notice condition
- understand layout
- smell smoke
- measure buyer emotion
- understand local demand shifts

Pricing strategy matters WAY more than most people realize.
