My buyers are pending! We saw this home Friday morning along with 7 others. The next day after my buyers thought about their options I wrote an offer. Today after a bit more of negotiating with the listing agent we reached mutual!!! A lot of people think agents write an offer and that's it. Sometimes that is how things are, but often there is more communication between the two agents to reach mutual. My clients are going to love this home and neighborhood.

I love that my buyers jumped in with both feet! They were first time home buyers and when we had our first meeting they thought they would want to move closer to May. We started looking in February just to get a feel for neighborhoods and different homes. The second week out they walked through this home. They thought about it for a few days. They said it felt too easy, they questioned if other buyers find homes this quickly? My experience from other buyers and my personal experience, buyers sometimes find homes right away and they love them!
We were able to negotiate to have the sellers pay their closing costs and to buy down their rate.
I know they're going to be so happy in Bonney Lake!
