Growing up you could find Amanda with her family, at her grandfather’s restaurant, or flipping homes with her father on the weekends. Amanda relocated to New York City to embrace a career in Real Estate and complete her degree in Forensics & Law. After successfully juggling the city that never sleeps, Amanda drove to Baltimore Maryland to take hold of the Property Management industry. She assisted in building development, acquisitions, and Regional Management. Amanda has built a reputation on her robust network, white glove service, an eye for design, and honest no-games work ethic. Her experience in multiple cities make her an asset to Seattle’s aggressive evolving market. Amanda excels at negotiating contracts, knowing what buyers and sellers need most and creating tangible results. When Amanda is not busy with clients you can find her volunteering in her local community of Duvall Washington. She is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters and on the Board of Never Alone Advocacy, a non-for profit spearheading change for sexual assault victims in the military.
