KUOW Booming, Seattle's public radio economics show, dropped an episode this morning called "Would you buy a house with friends? Meet some people who did."
reSpace is in the episode.
Here is how Seattle public radio described what we are building:
"Building for people who refuse to rent their whole lives. Take existing home, carve them into suites each with their own bathrooms. First project in Leschi near Lake Washington. Easier to replicate instead of paying a landlord. You can bring your own group, or it can set you up with people."
That is not language we wrote. That is how KUOW described us.
The Leschi launch is live and we are accepting applications now. Episode is 17 minutes.

More and more people are thinking about buying or building homes together with friends. These projects can be complicated to organize... and expensive to pay for. So how are people in Seattle making it happen?
