Whenever I have a closing I like to reflect on the process and what i have to be thankful for.

I am thankful that my client is now able to explore and find out what is next for her! I am thankful that the buyers will be able to start making memories in their new home. I am thankful for the trust from my client! I am thankful for my team who made this transition sooth and drama free! I am thankful for my dear friend Samantha Moore who referred me to this client and always picks up my calls when i need to talk through things! I’m a little late in sharing, but I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve completed my ARES training and am now a certified Accessibility Real Estate Specialist! 🎉

This incredible course has deepened my understanding of accessibility in real estate, and I can’t wait to put this knowledge into action to better serve my clients. I now have a much deeper understanding of various types of disabilities, and how to work with my clients to help determine their individual needs when it comes to accessibility features in their home.
