So proud of how the presentation of this listing turned out and having it sell in a market with lots of inventory and fewer buyers! I helped the seller coordinate all services (photos, cleaning, repairs, and staging) to prepare for listing, and saved him a lot of money in the process by covering some services and providing credits for others.

Ende up selling for more than he paid just a little over a year ago. Most people take a haircut on price if they have to sell that quickly but, with an intentional strategy, this buyer was able to come out on top!
