Meet Dennis Gould

Personal, professional service has been my business motto for nearly 30 years. Finding, analyzing and helping my clients to acquire residential and commercial properties that no one else had been able to find for them has been my specialty for the last 14 years. Whether it is a retail location for a mom and pop startup, office space for the headquarters of a chain of hotels, an industrial building for a new factory, land for an internationally branded hotel development or a single family home for a first time home buyer I leave no stone unturned until I find exactly property needed for my clients.

For commercial projects I coordinate with city or county planners and my client’s architects or engineers to assure current or future zoning and building codes allow the use desired. For my home buyers and sellers I set up auto alerts to be sure are the first to see all new listings then preview all homes to save my clients time. I go into all discussions with the goal of being fair and honest with all parties involved to consummate a deal that fits my client’s needs and is agreeable to both sides. Once the lease or purchase and sale is completed I follow up with my clients and their contractors to be sure deadlines are met and the landlord or seller’s part of the tenant improvements or home repairs are completed within the time agreed to.

I have had 26 listings in a year from single family homes to 19 acres of general commercial land, a 20,000 sq ft warehouse for sale down to an 850 sq ft office for lease, plus an office building, church and several retail locations.
