One of the many things I love about Ray (besides his sense of humor!) is that Ray will often see an unverbalized need and take the initiative to help. Then he quietly goes his way without expectation of reward. As such, he is often an unsung hero with things big and small, so I’d like to take this moment to recognize and appreciate him and let him know that I notice!
