Concrete has been laid, and temporary framing has been placed to start the painstaking process of installing brand new support beams with the removal of existing beams.

New bathroom remodel in a home our team is working on in Island County! ❤️

Unfortunately, this bathroom had a slow plumbing leak hidden deep within its walls that continued over a course of 5-9 years! The leak was only discovered after a small portion of the bathroom drywall was soft to touch. Needless to say, this leak had rotted away a majority of the framing. In one of the pictures you will see just how much rot had eaten away a major support beam!

Fortunately, everything was caught, and the repairs are underway! We are excited to showcase the finished product soon! 🏠
