"I seriously cannot recommend Randen enough.
The first house we were under contract for looked amazing to us. We thought everything was fine. But once Randen did his inspection, he found things we would have NEVER noticed — even small paint details that pointed to bigger issues. Because he was so thorough, we were able to back out of that contract and avoid what would have been a huge mistake.
When we found another home, there wasn’t even a question about who we were calling. We called him again immediately. And once again, he went through everything so carefully and explained it in a way that actually made sense to us.
