In my opinion...BUY THE LAND!

It's true, they aren't making any more of it so get yourself a piece if the pie!

What can you do with vacant land? There lots of options but here are a few:
1. Hold long term and sell at an increased price when the time is right for a profit.
2. Build your dream home! Live there and create precious memories.
3. Or maybe not YOUR dream home, but a home that you could then sell for profit.

The most affordable way to quickly force equity in to your home is by putting in the work yourself!

I love me a good fixer upper 💪 There are tons of things you can do yourself to update your home that aren't as difficult as you might think.

✨️ Look for homes for sale in your desired area that appear outdated, specifically in the kitchen and bathrooms. Those are the money makers 💰
