I've been protecting buyers and sellers for over ten years and I'll tell you when a house — or a deal — isn't right for you. If you ask my clients what it's like to work with me, most of them will use the word protective. I've lived in Swansea, Seekonk, and Rehoboth. When you ask me about a neighborhood, a school district, or what a street is actually like to live on, I'm answering from experience

— not pulling it from a website. Before real estate, I spent 30 years in healthcare management. That job was all about walking people through complicated, stressful situations and making sure they had the information they needed to make good decisions. I do exactly the same thing now, just with houses instead of hospital charts. I work with first-time buyers, people selling a home they've owned for decades, and everyone in between. I love first-time buyers especially — there's nothing like watching someone get the keys to their first home. I'm licensed in both MA and RI and I'll drive anywhere in either state. Here's what I'll never do: rush you into a deal because it's easier for me. If something's off about a house, I'll tell you. If a seller needs to make changes before we list, I'll have that conversation. And if a deal just isn't right for you, I'll be the first one to say so. One of my clients put it better than I ever could: "A good realtor finds the right house for you. A great realtor stops you from buying the house you were settling for." That's just how I work.
