One day years ago, I bought a mower so I could help my mom. I was a little hurt because I had to take a loan to pay for it.
My mom said, "Well, you'll figure it out."
So I started mowing a few people's lawns to make my mower payment.
Things started to stick. "I" became "we".
I learned through practice, experience, feedback, and truly listening to other people. Each day was a gift, no matter if it was hard or easy, wins or losses, because every day brought a new lesson.
The community came through for us, so we started volunteering for the community. We got involved in ways we could leverage our strengths for those who needed. That was huge!
Now, we're proud to be rooted in our community. We're proud to be a family company. We're proud to be given the opportunity to succeed every day by the people we serve. We're proud to have the greatest staff on the planet. We're grateful for our success because it was not me that did it. It was everyone.
