As a Realtor, I can confidently say this is absolutely true. The value of a great lender goes far beyond just the interest rate!

Having a lender who will answer calls, communicates with client and agent, runs numbers quickly on homes my clients love, and fully prepares buyers before offers are submitted can make all the difference in a competitive market. Kristin takes the time to make sure my clients understand their lending to the fullest extent and is there when we need her.

Communication, reliability, speed, and dedication matter — especially when contracts, deadlines, and emotions are involved. A lower rate means very little if the service and ex*****on aren’t there when you need them most.

I truly appreciate lenders who go above and beyond for clients and work as a team to help get families to the closing table smoothly and successfully. 👏🏡

The amount of people who still think you need 20% down to buy a house is honestly wild.

Let’s clear this up.

You do NOT automatically need 20% down 🚫

Not even close.

On a $400,000 house, 20% down would be $80,000.

And if you’re sitting there thinking:

“Cool. Guess I’ll buy in 2047.”

…same.

Depending on the loan program, some buyers qualify with MUCH less.

Sometimes 3%.
Sometimes 3.5%.
Sometimes 0% down.

Now before the internet mortgage police arrive:

YES, lower down payments can mean higher monthly payments.
YES, every situation is different.
NO, I am not saying everyone should buy with minimal down.

I am saying way too many people assume they’re years away from buying when they may not be.

And that assumption keeps people renting way longer than necessary.

So now I’m curious—

Before today, what did you think the required down payment was?
