Before the emails start flying and the deadlines start deadline-ing, here's a quick look at what we're seeing in the Knoxville real estate market:
📈 Home values are holding steady, up about 0.8% year-over-year.
🏡 Inventory continues to grow, giving buyers more options than they've had in recent years.
⏳ Homes are taking a little longer to sell, which means buyers are being more selective and sellers need to price strategically.
💰 While we're no longer seeing the frenzy of multiple offers on every property, well-priced homes are still moving.
What does that tell us?
The Knoxville market is continuing to normalize. Buyers have more choices, sellers still have equity, and real estate remains local. Strategy matters more than ever.
As a Transaction Coordinator, I see the behind-the-scenes activity every day, and deals are still getting to the closing table. The path just looks a little different than it did a few years ago.
