When we originally walked through this home, I saw this and immediately told the guys we had to buy this house. This original enamel over cast iron sink has double drains boards. The base is metal, and will be getting a sandblast and fresh coat of paint. We want it to stand out from the cabinetry as it is a separate piece. Deciding between neutral or color is such a hard decision!

Met the sweet owners when they dropped off keys to our new project. They created 30 years of memories in this home. We hope our work will lead to a new family creating decades of their own.

We are waiting to take possession of our historic bungalow, and I’ve enjoyed building a mood board to narrow down the look I want for this home. Schoolhouse lights and penny tile are a must for historical accuracy, and the subtle wallpaper and worn backsplash tiles caught my attention as well. What do you think? Are you feeling it?

The main living room is so much brighter now! New flooring throughout, new interior doors, and fresh white window trim did the trick!

The bathroom makeover is drastic! Notice how little space there was between the original sink and the outdated tile bathtub. We pushed the wall back almost 4 feet into the old kitchen and relocated the toilet to make lots of room for this huge double vanity. The tub unit was replaced as well, and now the bathroom is bright, clean, and spacious!
