Enjoying this beautiful day and this lovely front porch, working in my laptop while waiting on an appraiser. This property had some zoning issues that has been holding up the sale, this is the 3rd time meeting an appraiser. Let's hope 3rd time is the charm! 🙏🏻 🏠❤️🗝️

Hello Monday! My plan was to time block 7:30am-11:30am today to work on files. 7 transactions going on this month (very grateful). Many of them have a unique set of issues, from zoning to septics to estate settlement issues, title oh and of course inspections! It's 8:51pm. - my time blocking was extended. Time to close the computer. Tomorrow is another day! Maybe I will just get to open a door! 🚪

In the mist of all the bad news going on in my life, work is always my go to to stay focused. Staying on top of education not only helps me but also helps my clients. This week I acquired a lot of valued info to share with my clients in my next newsletter to better protect them and their most assets.

Staying up to date on education is something I pride myself in. It amazes me how many realtors don't take the time to attend classes. I see the same core experienced realtors at many of the classes. Today's class was on protecting your client from Wire Fraud. A very common crime in real estate. It's important to to be informed, fraudsters are always upping their game and finding new was to hack into emails and accounts. It is our job to give you all the information possible to protect your funds. Although I can't hold stop you from answering the wrong emails I can certainly tell you what to look for and to always ask me before you hit SEND!
