Bedford residential part 2

This was a big job out in Bedford, I put a lot of time into fixing certain things before it has to be painted, alot of walls had to be primed, along with the doors and trim had to be sanded with a palm sander using 80 grit sandpaper just to get the pre-existing stain/varnish off before I could even prime the wood. I think it turned out amazing. Truly love doing these old houses.

Seymour residential part2

This house was a nightmare. From start to finish, I cleaned and threw out trash, primed everything from the ceiling, to the the doors, all the way to the walls and trim, considering the crazy colors previously and the customer wanted white everything. I went ahead and added a similar style of door trim around most of the doors, because the original trim was outdated and hard to find at the moment. Since this house was getting new flooring anyway we went ahead and threw in carpet removal.
