Buy for where you’re headed, not just where you are. Your next home should fit your 5–10 year plan and have a strategy for resale or future investment potential.
🤝 Buying unrepresented
Unless you know and completely trust the listing agent, you should have someone looking out for your interests. The seller already has representation. Make sure you do too.
🏡 Walking into a builder model home without your Realtor
The builder’s rep works for the builder. Bring your own representation from day one. Some builders won’t even allow a Realtor to step in later if you visit without one.
