I love this short & sweet story from a friend!

This is SOOOO true too! Kind of like when you’re “hangry” 😆

“Last week I noticed I had not been feeling like myself lately.

I had not been on my best behavior, been feeling irritable for no good reason, snappy with the kids, having trouble concentrating, and not sleeping well.

To top it off, I had an anxiety attack completely unprovoked in a place where I’m typically comfortable, and I haven’t had one of those in YEARS!

So besides feeling down on myself and self-critical, I got to thinking WHAT IN THE WORLD is going on? What has changed in the past week or so?

I was out of these golden nuggets of sanity!

Thankfully they arrived in the mail just in time and within 24hrs I was feeling much like myself again!
