And just like that…30 days later…my wonderful clients-become-friends are so much more closer to their dream of retirement in the paradise.

OK, so it wasn’t “ just like that”… this one required a lot of back-and-forth, a ton of negotiation, and multiple on site visits to ensure everything was done as it should’ve been. My clients live out of state, but it wasn’t a problem because I did it all for them. And did I mention I negotiated this one down $40,000 in addition to over $15,000 in credits which covered the entire closing cost? Yep, I am THAT good!

Now all they have to worry about is how to expedite that retirement 😅🌴🏝️🍸
