The owner of the house was a repeat client, something we don’t usually see in our industry. Most people don’t sell multiple properties, and being chosen again speaks to the trust built through the process.
Due to changing life circumstances, the property became difficult to maintain and was facing foreclosure. It had fallen into significant disrepair, both inside and out. The mortgage lender required costly repairs on top of existing maintenance issues, adding significant stress. We were able to step in, purchase the home as-is, and help the client avoid the pressure and uncertainty that often comes with foreclosure.
