Well that’s a bummer…😜

BUT I am so happy my client avoided this very expensive problem. She wanted a house not an indoor pool.

We canceled this contract and are on to the next one. 👍

Never skip your inspection.

Also…don’t walk into puddles of water with electrical cords running through them. 🤷‍♀️ everyone is fine. 🫣

Buyers often decide whether to see your home or not based on how the photos make them FEEL. Bad photography is distracting and can make the home seem smaller/old/dirty and cause buyers to keep scrolling. So I leave this up to the pros 🙌

Life lately 🤗

I had an amazing time at the Ranson Civic Center, where the kids looked absolutely precious in their costumes. It was wonderful passing out treats and chatting with so many friendly faces. What a fantastic turnout! Running into a familiar face from church was a lovely surprise.

I also got to collaborate with the talented in Harper’s Ferry today- I’m so excited to see the final product.
