NEW ESCROW, and we had our offer accepted after just 3 days on the market. My client looked at me at several different houses during our tour reminding me how much she liked his one, and the rest is history.

This might be the most travel I've done for a client to date, but that's how much I value referrals. I helped a friend of mine buy his home 6 months ago in Hesperia, and he gives me a client near Temecula! Travel agents didn't die out, we're just in disguise.

By my rough estimation, over 3 different weekends, I drove over 1000 miles to and from the 20 houses we toured. This is why it helps to be licensed, not just in your local city, but for the entire state of California. Really looking forward to handing my clients the keys to this home, and looking forward to the next referral to come my way.

There are some industries where education and experience are incredibly important and there are others where passion and determination will go a long way.

Real Estate is not always the easiest job, but that feeling that comes from helping someone take such a big step in their life is incomparable. The struggle to get there, the countless hours put into problem solving and planning, the satisfaction from those keys changing hands; it's all why I do what I do.

Pro tip: When talking about selling your home, you MUST ask these questions!

Getting the right real estate agent is probably the most important thing you can do to sell your home. A good real estate agent will make the process easy and relatively painless. A bad real estate agent… well, you’ve heard the horror stories.

I love when someone asks me about my process because I take pride in what I'm able to accomplish and I get to show them the real importance of having an agent that looks out for their best interests.

Did you know will give you discounts or even send you rebates on household items to help you be more energy efficient? Your typical Smart Nest Thermostat will cost you $249, but on this marketplace, it only costs you $99. I had the easiest time ordering, and it was here in a week!

While looking around at the other items, I noticed a refrigerator we recently bought qualified for a rebate. In less than 24 hours, they verified my purchase and sent me the rebate amount. The process was incredibly easy and now I check here first before making any purchases!
