Some spaces just speak to you… and this one has been whispering to me since the moment I saw those original service bays and that iconic mid-century roofline.

I’m beyond excited to share that my next Shabby to Fabby transformation is officially underway — and it’s unlike anything I’ve ever flipped before!

🏚️ Then: A nostalgic old gas station with decades of character
🏗️ Now: The future Repair Pros Studio, and my first commercial flip!

✨ Kitchen Transformation Reveal! ✨

What started as a dated, cramped kitchen with heavy cabinets, busy tile, and low lighting has been completely reinvented into a bright, open, modern farmhouse showpiece.

🔥 Here’s what changed:
• Removed old cabinets and replaced them with a stunning two-tone design (warm wood + crisp white)
• Installed a custom wood range hood for a true high-end focal point
• Added fresh white quartz countertops throughout
• Swapped the dated backsplash for a clean, timeless white tile pattern
• Opened the wall to create a seamless flow into the living room
• Added brass hardware, new lighting, and beautiful exposed beams for warmth and character
• Upgraded to a farmhouse sink + sleek fixtures
• Reworked the layout to include a functional, stylish island with seating

The result is a kitchen that feels spacious, intentional, and perfect for cooking, entertaining, and gathering. This space went from dark and dated to magazine-worthy ✨

✨ Living Room Transformation Reveal! ✨
From closed-off and dated to warm, open, and absolutely stunning — this living room makeover completely changed the heart of the home.

What used to be a simple space with popcorn ceilings, basic lighting, and a painted brick fireplace has been reimagined into a spacious, modern gathering area full of character and comfort.

🔥 Here’s what we did:
• Removed the outdated finishes and refreshed the entire space
• Installed new recessed lighting + a statement ceiling fan
• Transformed the fireplace with a gorgeous charcoal tone and natural wood mantels
• Opened the wall to the kitchen to create an airy, connected layout
• Added warm, inviting furnishings and updated décor
• Preserved the oversized picture window to keep that beautiful natural light

The result? A cozy, upscale living room that flows effortlessly into the kitchen and feels like it belongs in a modern farmhouse magazine spread.

Every detail was chosen to create warmth, charm, and comfort — perfect for family gatherings, lazy weekends, or hosting guests at the Fisher Farmstead Retreat.

What was once a simple, closed-off room with a basic closet and dated finishes has been completely reimagined into a warm, modern dining space designed for hosting and flow.

The old closet was removed, and the wall was opened up to create a seamless pathway directly onto the new deck, bringing in natural light and making indoor–outdoor living effortless.

This room was elevated with:
• Custom feature walls — wood slat accent + grid-panel detail
• New trim, recessed lighting, and upgraded fixtures
• Warm, rich flooring to anchor the space
• A statement dining light that adds character and charm
• Thoughtfully styled built-ins for decor and function

From a blank, boxy room to a stunning dining experience—this transformation completely reshaped the way the home feels and flows.

What started as a charming but dated 1950s brick farmhouse has officially been brought back to life. The original exterior had great bones, but it was ready for a fresh vision. Today, this home stands proudly with a stunning modern-farmhouse makeover—warm, welcoming, and completely reimagined.

🏡 Transformation Highlights:
• Fresh white-painted brick for a clean, timeless look
• Custom cedar columns + wood front door for warmth and character
• Board-and-batten gable with decorative truss for that true farmhouse feel
• Upgraded walkway + refreshed landscaping

• Mature trees and existing greenery re-styled to complement the new design

We’re bringing this home to life with Sherwin-Williams Shoji White as the main color. With so many big, beautiful windows, this shade will feel light, airy, and welcoming all day long. 🪟☀️

I really like Shoji white. What do y’all think?

When you have an open concept living area, choose a light neutral color that works best with the permanent fixtures. Starting with countertops and backsplash. Rugs can help floor colors but you need to be sure you get your light color undertones right.
