Just wrapped up another bathroom project for an awesome new client in Kirkland. That super cold front that wrecked a bunch of pipes last winter got this bathroom good. The clients decided to use the opportunity to add a shower to this 1/2 bathroom and spruce things up in the process.
We adjusted the toilet fl**ge location, added new plumbing for the new shower and W/D, custom tile surround, glass door, new vanity, and lighting. Added a custom wall niche shelf for additional storage and finished things off with new LVT flooring and casement throughout.

Definitely maximized the space on this one.

Just wrapped this brand new primary bathroom for some very cool clients out in Shoreline. The tile, colors, and all fixtures were hand picked by my clients. Everything came together really well. Love the drawer k***s. Only thing missing the new custom glass shower enclosure which is still in production and should be ready soon! Couple cool things you don't see is the wet rated lighting in the shower which we put on a dimmer, full heated floors with touch screen smart thermostat, added an outlet in the mirror, and the curb and custom shower shelf we finished in the same quartz material as the countertops.

One of my favorite projects was Rockefeller. We flipped this 108 year old craftsman and turned it back into a true diamond. Everything from full electrical and plumbing, staircase, roof, and a tasteful remodel of the interior spaces all while retaining it's old world charm. We saved all the original doors and varnished hardware, sourced lighting and fixtures that complimented it's age. Painstakingly salvaged or recreated the beautiful millwork throughout.
Better, more modern, more advanced state..as the name implies. enjoy!

One of our recent projects. We had the pleasure of adding 400+ Sf of new living space on this already nice Kirkland home. In addition to the exterior work which included new paint, roof, gutters and windows, we added two big bedrooms, al new floors and a cool open hallway to the new area!

This one was a challenge (not really). It only took re-imagining the entire layout of the interior, designing new staircase and upper bedrooms, all new plumbing and electrical throughout. We managed to create 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and the views of the cascades from the upper deck are incredible!

Check out the before and after on this project. This one was a real stinker to start out with. We took this one down nearly to studs and brought it back better than new.
