Come in and stay a while!
This rig is a fan favorite, from the glam kitchen to the swan bathroom faucet. But here are a few details you might not notice at first glance:
1. The cabinet with the cool doors? That’s art work on one side, and a Samsung frame tv on the other, and it swivels so that you can watch in bed, while cooking, or relaxing on the sofa!
2. The paint color on the bathroom walls is actually a faux Venetian plaster technique where I mixed multiple colors together.
3. The sofa turns into a bed, is completely stain proof, and weighed a solid 80 pounds less than the manufacturer sofa.
4. The dining set seats 2 as is, but it slides out into the main large area to seat 4. Also while in the slide, each seat is hollow storage. The dining set itself provided the same amount of storage as about 8 cube organizer bins
5. The floor is LVP. Washable, scratch proof, water proof, and light weight
6. The bunk bed walls aren’t wallpaper, I hand painted each individual square
7. The shower surround was nice and yellow and icky so I replaced it with Palisade Shower Tiles
8. The marble countertops are original, but I hand painted them and did an epoxy pour using Giani countertop kits. They look like a million bucks, but weigh virtually the same.
9. As always mattresses are the most important “unseen” part of my renovation. I use AdjustableRVBeds.com mattresses for the best sleep.
10. The wallpaper on the back of the slide out wall? I had that made into velvet fabric, which I reupholstered the bunk bed boarders with!
