An awesome lot back on the market at $125,000. Illahee is such a wonderful community just outside the Bremerton city limits. Zoned urban low (5-9 units per acre) and utilities are close by.

I know attics and crawl spaces can be scary places (mice, spiders and mold oh my!) but it is super important to check these spaces at least twice a year. You want to find those small problems early before they become BIG problems with BIGGER repairs bills. This is especially important if you are getting ready to sell your home. It’s much easier (and often cheaper) to get these items remedied before home buyers get involved.

Winter is almost done but this will benefit you no matter the weather. EnergyPro came to my door and offered to add insulation to my attic for the cost of the sales tax. I was a little leery at first but did my research online before hiring. They applied for the rebate through Cascade Natural Gas to pay for the job for me so I didn’t have to do anything. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve noticed a definite difference with less draftiness this season.

Real estate is all about marketing homes—and myself. As 2026 begins to unfold, I wanted to kickstart my own branding refresh. The first step was having a new logo created by my talented, dearest friend. We collaborated using photos that truly capture the magic of the Pacific Northwest.

I love, love, love the sunsets behind the Olympic Mountains, so I knew that’s exactly what I wanted to aim for. She absolutely hit it out of the park, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Now it’s time to rebrand everything in these warm, dreamy colors.
