Yeah, this is a must-save.

So many buyers are out there struggling to get their offers noticed and accepted. But not you, because you’re about to learn the 4 secrets of standout offers!

1. OFFER PRICE 💰: Starting out strong with one of the most impactful aspects of your offer, the offer price. Work with your real estate agent to figure out what your offer price strategy should be and whether you should come in above, at, or even below the list price.

2. DOWN PAYMENT (earnest money) 🏦: A larger down payment can prove to sellers that your financing is good and won’t be a bother! If you can’t do an all-cash offer, this is a great way to still catch attention.

3. CONTINGENCIES 📄: Offering the seller some flexibility around the home inspection, your mortgage, and the home sale can help you get noticed.

4. CLOSING DATE 📅: Sellers often need to buy another home to move into and need a longer closing period, but sometimes there are sellers who want to close ASAP. By offering flexibility with your closing date, you can score brownie points from the sellers.
