Closing day is so much more than handing over keys.

It’s watching months of dreaming, planning, uncertainty, and hard work finally come together and become a place to call home. Behind every successful closing are countless conversations, strategy sessions, negotiations, and moments where buyers wonder if the home they truly want is out of reach.

One of the things I love most about this job is finding solutions when others see obstacles. Sometimes it takes creativity, persistence, strong negotiation, and a willingness to think outside the box to make the impossible happen. There’s a lot that goes into selling a home that people never see behind the scenes. Sometimes it’s strategy, marketing, staging, negotiating, problem-solving… and sometimes it’s rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever needs to be done in the moment.
