I would love to reintroduce myself to those of you that I might not know yet!

Hi there! My name is Shane King. In 2012 I had the opportunity to relocate from Santa Barbara to the Santa Ynez Valley with my husband and our two daughters, which are now 11 and 15. We immediately fell in love with the community and I immersed myself into volunteer work for local non-profit organizations and found ways to give back and support the community whenever possible. After serving as President of the Santa Ynez Valley MOPS group for 3 years, along with additional work on the Children's Ministries committee for our church, I was ready to begin focusing on my career.
I joined The Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate Company Team as the Administrative Assistant to the Broker and agents in 2016. I officially signed on as a licensed Realtor in July of 2018 with a solid 2 years of hands on training in the industry and have successfully and consistently been representing Buyers and Sellers across Santa Barbara County ever since. I consider myself to be a natural negotiator and a professional communicator. One of my biggest goals is to make sure that the chaos of the real estate industry is never a burden or stress to my clients.
