👉 Homes have, generally, stayed on a bit longer.
👉 Supply in Hampshire County down around 19%.
👉 Supply in Hampden County down around 3.5%.
👉 Within the data's details, there are more particular areas in which show more homes getting either at or a bit below asking price.. certainly not all, however seeing more of this vs Q4 2024. *This varies based on towns and specific areas.
