Making a wants vs needs list can really help you find the home you want without getting distracted by other features. Take it from us-we had to walk away from homes that we could convince ourselves would work but just weren't quite right. Our need was a home with 3 bedrooms or the ability to add a 3rd bedroom. A 2 bedroom house might have been fine for a couple years, but we would have been frustrated that we settled when our home no longer fit us a few years later. A wants vs. needs list will give you a base to compare all the houses you see to so you buy the home you set out looking for. 🏡💛
