Here’s a look at the latest local real estate trends by town.

The spring market is already off to a strong start with tight inventory and high buyer demand. Early stats may appear skewed but that’s largely due to the limited number of closings so far this year. The overall market dynamic hasn’t changed. Serious buyers are out and ready to move quickly.

As we begin 2026, I wanted to take a moment to share the latest real estate trends by town and a bit about what we can expect in the coming months.

2025 brought steady momentum across our local market. Inventory remained limited, buyer demand stayed strong and well-positioned homes continued to move quickly, often attracting multiple offers. Looking ahead, there’s growing optimism that we’ll see more inventory this year, creating more opportunity and movement for both buyers and sellers
