Please join us in congratulating Ricky on his promotion to Maintenance Technician at the Palomar Apartments!

Ricky brings over a decade of hands-on experience and strong leadership to his new role. His career began ten years ago in flooring installation—laying hardwood and setting tile for walls, showers, pools, and more. His exceptional craftsmanship took him across the country, from the East Coast to the Central U.S., completing projects that required precision and skill.

Halfway into his journey, Ricky stepped into a leadership role as Team Leader for the Finish Department at National Office Furniture in Danville, Kentucky. There, he oversaw the finishing of both wooden and metal components, ensuring top-tier quality in every product that left the line.

Now, we’re thrilled to welcome Ricky to the Palomar team, where he proudly serves as Maintenance Technician for Palomar View, Palomar Stables, and Palomar Woods. We’re excited to see the impact he’ll make with his expertise and dedication!
