We’re rounding out our summer intern class - welcome Jackson Hartnett to Field Commercial Real Estate!

Jackson is a Finance student at the University of Mississippi, where a 3.94 GPA reflects something we value: consistency and discipline over time.

He also brings local perspective. Growing up in the City of Keller, he understands the suburban DFW markets that drive a meaningful part of our business - insight that matters in this space.

This summer, he’ll be in the middle of the work: market research, asset analysis, leasing and investment fundamentals, and how deals actually come together.

We believe the best way to learn this business is through real exposure and real reps.

We’re honored to welcome Zachary Pinsonnault to Field Commercial Real Estate as a Summer Intern.

Zachary is currently studying Finance at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where he has been developing an interest in commercial real estate through his involvement with the school’s Real Estate and Finance Association - University of Miami. His focus on finance and capital markets creates a strong foundation for understanding how real estate assets are evaluated, financed, and positioned within a market.

Commercial real estate has always been built on relationships, discipline, and market knowledge. At Field CRE, we combine those enduring fundamentals with modern tools, data, and AI-driven research to better understand markets and identify opportunities.

Zachary also brings strong local roots to the opportunity. Originally from Westlake, Texas and a graduate of Westlake Academy, he grew up in one of the suburban communities that reflects the type of markets Field CRE focuses on, places where thoughtful growth, local leadership, and long-term investment shape how real estate evolves.

This summer, Zachary will gain exposure to the real mechanics of brokerage - studying markets, analyzing assets, understanding leasing and investment strategy, and observing how preparation and relationships ultimately move deals forward.

At Field CRE, we believe the next generation of brokers should experience the business in the field, learning how markets behave, how deals actually come together, and how trust is built with clients over time.

We represented a Hill Country based healthcare operator in securing their 10th location as part of their strategic expansion into the Dallas Fort Worth market. This marks the company’s official entry into DFW, with additional locations planned.

Founding Partner Jake Copeland led site selection and lease negotiations, identifying a location within the Preston Road corridor that aligns with the group’s long term growth strategy. Visibility, accessibility, surrounding demographics, and scalability were all key factors in the decision.

Expanding into a new metro requires precision in market analysis and lease structure. Our team was proud to help position this operator for continued success in North Texas.
