June in Spanish Fork has a way of making ordinary days feel extraordinary. 🌄

One moment you’re running errands, and the next you’re driving through Provo Canyon, stopping by Bridal Veil Falls, or catching a view of Spanish Fork Peak that makes you pause for a second.

The days are longer, the mountains are greener, and life seems to slow down just enough to enjoy it all. Kids are outside until sunset, trails are busy, and every evening feels like an invitation to stay out a little longer.

This is one of the reasons so many people love living here. The scenery people travel to see is simply part of everyday life. ✨

Hello Monday.

Hello small town flags lining the streets.
Hello showing homes on Memorial Day.
Hello training Braylie ( she’s on 🔥)

Hello gratitude for the people who sacrificed so we get to build lives we love here.

Today feels a little slower. A little quieter.

Somewhere between house keys, coffee runs, and conversations about the future, I’m reminded how much freedom is woven into the ordinary parts of our lives.

Thank you never feels big enough, but today we say it anyway.

If this thought has been showing up more often than you expected, you’re not alone. A lot of people start out just curious, then they start looking at homes, then they start wondering what life here could actually look like.

Maybe it’s the mountains. Maybe it’s more space. Maybe it’s just wanting a fresh start and a better lifestyle.

Whatever your reason is, I can help you figure it out. My job isn’t just to show you homes here in Utah it’s to help you understand what life could actually look like here for you. The neighborhoods that match your lifestyle. The areas that fit your budget without sacrificing what matters most. The timing, the process, the strategy all of it, step by step, without pressure.

Because moving to a new state isn’t just a real estate decision it’s a life decision.

So if this reel hits a little too close to home maybe it’s time we actually talk about it.

We just got back from Orlando. All five of us, running on too little sleep, too much food, loud rides, sunburns, and the kind of laughs you wish you could bottle up forever.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I had this moment where I realized… this is the point of all the hard work.

Not the transactions. Not the deadlines. Not the constant grind we convince ourselves we have to survive. It’s this. Time together. Memories we will talk about years from now. Sitting around exhausted at the end of the day, realizing nobody checked their email for hours because life was happening right in front of us.

Real estate has given our family opportunities I never take lightly. It’s also taught me how easy it is to stay in motion and forget why you started building in the first place. Success means very little if you never stop long enough to live inside of it.

Grateful for this family, this business, and the reminder that sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step away and be fully present.

Back to work. But with a much fuller heart.

Love you guys!mtnman

If you know Spanish Fork… you know it’s not something that needs a sales pitch.

It’s the kind of place you don’t fully “get” until you’ve actually driven through it a few times.

At first, you notice the obvious things — the mountain backdrop that feels unreal, the wide-open streets, the neighborhoods tucked just far enough away from the noise.

But then you start noticing the smaller things.

The way evenings feel calmer here, even on busy days.
The way parks stay full a little later than you expect because families are actually outside together.
The way Main Street feels familiar faster than it should.
And the way every drive somehow ends with the mountains in your view again… like they’re part of your daily routine whether you planned it or not.

And slowly, without really realizing it, Spanish Fork stops feeling like a stop along the way… and starts feeling like somewhere you could actually stay.

That’s the part people don’t always talk about — it’s not just what you see here… it’s what you start to feel after a little time. 🤍
