Apparently the dad of a big boss at RMP lives in the neighborhood. He called his son in Salt Lake and said "I'd like my street light fixed", and here they are fixing it. :)

It's amazing how fast things can go when guys actually show up.

The Axioms townhouses were so tough because the framing crew back then was a disaster. They'd not show up for days and it was impossible to find anybody else back in 2020
