NEXT UP! The “Wideners” chose me to help them purchase this beautiful home and sell their current home 11 years ago! I immediately fell in love with them! This secured Bobs dream of fishing and entertaining. He loved to talk and he nor Beverly never met a stranger, always welcoming. Beverly lost her sweet Bob while living here and also her son and her mother. She is one of the strongest women I know. I am HONORED she chose me to sell her home so she could start a new chapter with her husband Reinhold. Very emotional times but she always loved her lake house. She has found happiness again and its well deserved. We had to jump through major hurdles with this home sell, it wasnt easy but she never doubted me! Thank you Beverly! End of an Era! I closed on the “The Gilbert” home last week. I needed a minute to make a post. This was 1 of the Top 3 homes in Ferndale that all the kids went to in the 80’s (I’m not that old, they are 🫣) This is also the 3rd of those top 3 that I have sold due to parents passing or moving to a more senior friendly setting. I am very fortunate to have made friends with these kids, survived bad choices and to have been loved by their parents. Mrs Joye Gilbert always made me feel welcome. She always had dinner on the table and whoever was there could eat. We took over their basement, watched MTV which was a treat, not everyone including myself had cable. We would swim all summer! I even went on family vacations to Ocean Lakes with the Gilberts! AND I lived with them for a short time to keep my attendance in Boiling Springs Schools. I bought my 1st car from Bill Sr. My fondest teen memories are in Ferndale! Also some of the saddest we lost their sister and my BFF Jennifer. Thank you Laura, Bill and Dale for trusting me to help close this chapter for your family! And thank you for the wonderful memories! God Bless! ❤️

1st I apologize for the ._.lancaster10 overload. 2nd we are so proud of all she has accomplished in her short 17 years! She is such a hard worker and she will do Big things! 3rd Chapman has been good to Us! Mr. Davis and the faculty at Chapman are the BEST! Spartanburg School District One schools are all Amazing! And finally Get a Photographer like WOW she did a great job! I narrowed down to these and it was hard to decide.
