Tomorrow will be the end of week two for radiation. I can’t thank people enough for your thoughts and prayers and people driving with me. It just means the world to me. When I moved to Kansas City years and years ago, soon after college, I wasn’t even a teacher yet I was an assistant and started in a school Valley Park in Overland Park , and met the best people in the world there! I soon became a teacher and worked with these wonderful people❤️ this was probably 25 years ago because I moved back to Des Moines area when my daughter was an infant. I have barely gone back and have rarely seen them since we worked together but have the best memories in the world! During this whole time that I’m going through this cancer battle, they send me cards weekly! I will cherish these cards. It’s just amazing how people show up.❤️❤️❤️
