Every family has a story and this is another move back to Spokane for retirement story! We started planning a year ago for the sale of their home in Sammamish and the transition to Spokane. They spent 3 weekends here learning the market and looking into all possibilities.

Every family has a story & this one is filled with loss - hope - and new beginnings. After attending the institute they fell in love with Spokane and all it has to offer. Especially the outdoor opportunities and short distance to National parks.
They were looking for a fresh start and Spokane it is!
This. House. Incredible lower south hill location and minutes to downtown. It is spacious - charming - the finishes are simply breathtaking! Filled with built ins - high ceilings - hard wood floors - fireplaces - claw foot tubs - large bedrooms - AND a separate entrance to a full in law set up in the basement! It is breath taking!✨
I called them in the middle of the night their time and woke them up to tell them we won out with our strategic “bully” offer to take it off the market early. We are all over the moon excited. It is such an honor to be a part of your story and new beginning here in Spokane ~ my new friends!

13!!! Although I feel like she’s been 13 since age 3. Emery Pearl the miracle baby who was and is the perfect caboose to this family. As I scrolled through the billions of photos I chose ones that just make me smile so big of you recently. She loves her people BIG, skiing, volleyball, all things water, cucumbers & chai lattes, clothes, grey’s anatomy, pillows, babies, all adventure, sushi and cream brûlée, Hamilton, music, all animals but mostly her best friend Chandler Bing - you are easy to celebrate with all your energy and passion for life! We love you so much and just continue to hold on for the ride!

Spring is coming! I have made it my goal to support local artists to “spring up” our house! I love the color and story each piece tells.

#1 - - I’ve been admiring her work for a long times. Her style simply makes me smile and I love how fresh and colorful it is.
#2 - this painting is the first thing you see when you walk in our home. It has been my favorite view of Spokane since I was a little girl. When ascend down the hill you see our city and it means “home”
#3 my sister-in-law is crazy talented and brings the outdoors indoors with captivating art. Her mountain paintings have always been my favorite.
