We are officially open and welcoming new tenants! The suites are brand new and feature lots of natural light.

All suites come with cabinetry, individual heating/AC control, vanity lighting, and sink(s).

Make the space your own! Choose the paint color, wall paper and shelving. Add furniture and decorations to make the suite work for your business.

The suite sizes range from 95 to 158 square feet.

All studios come equipped with a sink, heating + air conditioning, cabinetry, and vanity lighting.

The building includes a shared lunch room, and also a washer and dryer.

Pricing starts at $225 per week.

All new tenants will receive a month of free rent and $500 cash to use for customizing your suite.
