Good things happen when good people show up.

In North Dakota, farmers are more than neighbors—they’re like family.

When Randy Fyllesvold passed away suddenly in a car crash in September 2025, his wife Kharra and their two sons were left heartbroken and unable to manage the 1,400 acres of corn and soybeans on their farm.

That’s when the community of Antler stepped in. Two of Randy’s friends, Wyatt Thompson and Andy Gates, organized a massive harvest to help. They called for volunteers, and more than 75 people from nearby towns showed up with 12 combines, 7 grain carts, and over 40 trucks, all ready to help.

The community worked together, finishing the harvest in just a couple of days. Kharra called the gesture “nothing short of breathtaking” and said it gave her peace during such a difficult time. She shared her gratitude on Facebook, saying she and her sons will never forget the love and support shown by everyone who came together to honor Randy.

This month marks 35 years of service to the Fredericksburg area. Seems like it has gone by pretty fast.

We've got plenty of stories to tell and great memories. We've inspected all types of homes, commercial buildings, new and old. We were even chosen to help solve some mold problems endangering George Washington's personal belongings including some of his priceless maps and surveys. We've also inspected Kenmore as well as many of the historic homes in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. We've inspected homes from 20,000 sq. ft. to double wides and everything in-between.

Thousands upon thousands of home inspections, mold inspections, infrared camera inspections and private consults with clients just wanting to know what items needed maintenance so they could take good care of their investments.
