Tip of the week, start a baby book for your home! 😊 Closed! It was by far the most counter offers and offers I've ever submitted, and I can see why!! I just want to share that the people who lived in this house for 39 years before left such a well-cared-for home with complete records! What is now referred to as a 'baby book' detailing the immaculate care they took of the home! Here's my recommendation: keep a record of everything you've ever done to your home and store it in your home's baby book!
