Next week, Champion Group brokered by eXp officially celebrates three years as an office.

I keep coming back to the meaning behind the word “Champion.”

Yes, the name was inspired by Springfield’s long-standing nickname, the Champion City, but it has always meant something more.

It means being champions for our clients during important life transitions.
It means being champions for our communities and the causes we believe in.
And, it means championing one another.

From the beginning, the vision for Champion Group was to build a culture rooted in collaboration, professionalism, growth, and support.

Over the last three years, we’ve experienced growth, challenges, lessons, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes, and I remain incredibly proud of what we are all building together.

I’m proud of our agents.
I’m proud of the culture of support created here.
And I’m grateful to continue building a business in the community that helped shape me… and extend that further into the various communities we serve around us.

Thank you to every client, agent, supporter, and community partner who has been part of these first three years.

Just Closed in Beavercreek

Helping family members through a move is something I never take lightly. Even when there is a family connection, there is still a choice involved, and I am always incredibly grateful anytime someone trusts me to guide them through such an important chapter.

This home received an overwhelming response from the market with back-to-back showings, multiple offers, and a strong outcome for the neighborhood. Most importantly though, we accomplished the goals that mattered most to the sellers… a successful sale and a smooth path to closing.

As with any transaction, there can always be bumps along the way, but we worked through them together and made it to the closing table.

What makes this one especially meaningful to me personally is that this move brings family closer together and creates a new multi-generational living situation that I know will be incredibly special in the years ahead.

This opportunity started with a conversation at a wedding in California. An agent there, who is also part of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist network, met the seller’s son and daughter-in-law and later connected with me here in Ohio through our shared passion for serving seniors and their families.

From there, we were able to step in, guide the process locally, and get this property into contract with a quick close ahead.

One of the most meaningful parts of my business is helping seniors and the people who love them navigate major life transitions with care, communication, and support.
