Hi!
We currently have a one bedroom come available on the 3rd floor! Your gross income (before taxes) MUST be under $21,420 per year or UNDER to qualify.
I wanted to take a moment to try and provide some general information about our Affordable Housing programs, which were specifically designed to serve lower to moderate income households. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about your eligibility.
Our rents are not based on your income, but your eligibility IS based on your income. As such, there are established income limits (see flyer with income limits – they are determined by the size of your household). There are many considerations in calculating your income and assets to make sure you fit into these guidelines…and every person is different. Please feel free to give me a call and discuss your specific income calculation. There are also some restrictions for students. If you are a student, we can go over these qualifying standards together.
Our rental rates are fixed. They do not change as your income changes. Water, sewer, and trash are all included in the rental rate. Each resident is responsible for his/her own electric and gas usage and will be required to have service in their name.
This building is a non-smoking building. You cannot smoke in your apartment. Also, we do not allow pets.
The occupancy standard for these homes state that your household should not exceed 2 people per bedroom, but a household of only 1 person is equally welcome to rent a 2 bedroom home (*if you are a voucher recipient, you would need permission from the housing authority). These rates are subject to change. We do accept housing vouchers from the housing authority, but we do not offer subsidized housing. We are not HUD subsidized.

In the meantime, if you wish to apply, please complete an application and mail it to us at the address below. Be sure to include a $35 application fee per adult, copies of your driver’s license or photo id, and a copy of your social security card. If there are children in the household, we also need a copy of their birth certificate.
