This one was pretty special for both of us.

On the seller side, Jenny received a referral through eXp Realty from an agent in another market who was helping this seller purchase his next home. He needed someone local to handle the sale of his Springfield-area condo, and that referral connected him with Jenny.

On the buyer side, that condo is what brought Sara’s clients through the door. They called about Jenny’s listing, Sara showed it to them, and it ended up being the right fit for their next chapter.

Their offer was contingent on selling their current home, so there were a few moving pieces to coordinate. Sara got their home sold quickly and for the price they needed, allowing everything to come together for today’s closing.

For the buyers, this move means downsizing into a home with less maintenance and hopefully more time and freedom to enjoy life together. For the seller, it means closing this chapter here as he moves closer to family.

And for us, there was something pretty cool about this closing too. After working alongside each other for more than 3 1/2 years, this was our first opportunity to represent opposite sides of the same transaction and come to the closing table together.

This truly is what we love about this business… relationships, referrals, collaboration, and agents working together to help their clients get where they want to go.

We’re grateful to both of our clients, and to the referring agent who trusted Jenny with their client here in Springfield. We know everyone has a choice when it comes to who represents them, and we never take that trust for granted.
