Was out with my boys doing a little landscaping at another Murney agent’s listing today, and of course the Realtor in me couldn’t help but notice some of the outdoor features. 😂🏡

Check out these gutters and downspoutspretty cool setup! And I really like this patio area too.

I’m definitely a patio-and-grill kind of guy. Give me a good outdoor space where I can fire up the grill, have some friends and family over, and I’m happy. 🌭🥩🔥

📍 Local Springfield Spotlight! 🏡

One of the things I love about living and working in Springfield is getting out and experiencing some of the amazing food spots our community has to offer.

Yesterday, my wife and daughters had a girls’ afternoon, so me and my boys decided it was time for a dude lunch. 😎

👊 We checked out KPOT Korean BBQ on Glenstone, in the old TGI Friday’s location, and it did not disappoint! 🔥🥩

Great food, a fun experience, and even better getting to spend some quality time with my boys.

If you haven’t tried it yet, put it on your Springfield food list. 10/10 from the Hasty boys! 🙌

I’ll always enjoy highlighting the businesses, restaurants, and people that make Springfield a great place to call home. 🏡❤️

🏡✨ One of the best parts of being a Realtor is getting to see so many unique homes—and the personalities that make them special. 👀

Today I came across a solid metal bust in a home. I have no idea who it was supposed to be, but it looked incredibly well made and had a lot of character. 🗿

It would be completely out of place in my house... yet now I kind of want one! 😂

If you've lived around Springfield for any length of time, you probably wouldn't call Casper's Diner a hidden gem. It's an institution. ❤️

But for those just passing through, new to the area, or thinking about making Southwest Missouri home, this is one of those local places you just have to experience.

My family and I are big fans, and it's an easy 10/10 from us. Great food, friendly people, and over a century of serving the Ozarks since 1909. If you're looking for one of the best smash burgers in town, Casper's belongs on your list. 🍔

Supporting local businesses is one of the things that makes our communities stronger, and places like this are part of what makes Southwest Missouri feel like home.
