SCAMMER ALERT! This person is trying to scam people out of their money by claiming this home is his rental property. He will give a sad sob story, ask for about $70 application fee before even viewing the property. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! This home was just sold days ago and he is not associated with it. My client luckily had her good wits about her to pick up on it. Please never rent directly through FB, Craiglists, etc. Due your due diligence and research said property first. There are so many scammers out there who will take your money and run, which leaves you with no money and no home. Contact a real estate agent to help you if you are unsure about a rental property.

🕗 8 AM – Concession and Craft Booths Open – Marshfield Square
🕘 9 AM–2 PM – Webster County Museum Open (Free Admission)
🕘 9 AM – Lineup for the 147th Marshfield Independence Day Parade (same lineup as last year) – Preregistration for parade entries through the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce
🕙 10 AM – 147th Independence Day Parade begins – Ribbon Cutting at the corner of Locust and East Washington
🇺🇸 Immediately following the parade – Welcome, patriotic music, greetings from Webster County mayors and dignitaries, reading of the Declaration of Independence, followed by the 3rd Annual Watermelon Eating Contest 🍉
🕝 2:30 PM – Beard Judging on the west side of the courthouse; announcement of Window Decorating Contest and other 250th contest winners
🕝 2:30 PM – Children's Games on the east side of the courthouse
🕞 3:30 PM – Turtle Race for all ages on the east side of the courthouse 🐢
💃 7–9 PM – FREE Street Dance on the east side of the courthouse
